Mindfulness is a tool to help bring you into the present, gently aware of your body, emotions and thoughts. It helps build compassion for yourself and others.
These weekly sessions are a gentle space to learn or practice. I'm not a mindfulness teacher, so we'll use guided meditations by Tara Brach, a well-known teacher and psychologist. She has many free meditations and talks on YouTube. Will be held at 35 wharf Rd.
