Thanks to everyone who came to the August Karamea Pop-up Gallery Exhibition, "Mid-Winter Blues."

A total of 149 people attended the exhibition, and 33 artworks were sold. The Karamea Pop-up Gallery team are delighted to have hosted another successful show! Much gratitude to all our local artists for continuing to create and share your imagination and artistic skills with our wonderful community.

Thank you to all those who came to support Karamea art and artists, those who purchased artworks, and all the people behind the scenes who helped make it a great success.

To the wonderful volunteers, Cathy Sampson, Nova Scarlett, Sacha Healey, Ange Cronin, Jacqui Dyer, Kay Raffell, Sonoe Ohizumi, Claire Insley and Paul Murray, thank you very much for your contributions, time and effort over the weekend.

Special thanks to extraordinary Willie Sage for his auctioneering excellence and Aby Chalmers for her dedication and support for the exhibition, helping present the gallery and run the auction.

Another special thanks to Vinnie’s cafe for preparing Mid-winter Blues food. They were absolutely amazing! Thanks Vinnie for sharing his art of cooking.

For the magnificent entertainment, thanks to local musical talent, The Endorphins, Emilie Schmit, Ruby, Rick and Sam, Willie Sage from The Skydogs and local band, featuring Brendan O'Dwyer, Seth Doherty, Steve Miller, Laura Sonneveldt.

To everyone who donated items for the auction and all those who generously supported the event, we raised an incredible $2,987. This will enable us to fund future events and keep improving. Thank you all for your kindness and generosity.
