- 6 am to 9 pm during daylight saving

It's even got banjo music. This is a very useful video, it covers changes to the whitebaiting regulations, it does not cover all the regulations. Regulations that are not changed still exist!
Big changes for Abel Tasman and Fiordland, not so much Karamea. Basically the rest of NZ is being brought into line with the West Coast existing regulations. There are changes to set nets which mostly affect other parts of NZ - see the video!
Next year (2022) the season will be shorter..
