Interested in trying some relaxing yoga? Come join in the 7 week Spring Into Yoga Series! This is the RSVP for the Thursday MORNING yoga class at RSA for all levels that will build strength, flexibility, stamina and increase overall stress management and wellbeing. For those that do class weekly, a great way to set a personal goal and work towards that whether for physical and/or mental wellbeing.

Cost? $10 drop in or Cost for whole series to come Tuesday and Thursday weekly yoga for 7 weeks: $125

What to Bring?

  • Please bring a mat (I have a few extra)
  • Wear comfy clothes
  • No socks/shoes needed for class.

Can I drop-in for one class? Yes!

Can I do both classes a week?

  • Yes, class will be Tuesday evening at Ange & Cliffs and Thursday 9am at RSA.

Can I do a private session? Sure, send me an email or text and let me know what times works. More info at noting local rate about half.

More info about instructor? I've taught for over 11 years after completing a year long intensive yoga teacher training in the US. Over the years, I've worked with thousands of people of all ages and abilities. Additional trainings and certificates in yoga for stress management, yoga for leadership development and social change.
