Buller District Council is launching its Customer Satisfaction survey next week collecting feedback about residents’ customer service experience with council.

To connect with you about your customer experience we will park our sofa at the Karamea RSA on the 9 February 10 - 12 pm. Our sofa sessions are two-hour sessions in a public space where you can meet a staff member, have a chat about your customer experience, provide feedback and fill out the survey. Council staff will have hard copies, a tablet and a sofa available to have a chat and collect your feedback.

If you can't make it go to https://bullerdc.govt.nz/customer-satisfaction-survey/ to complete the survey online or pick up and drop off a survey in the Karamea Information and Resource Centre by 4:30 pm 19 February 2021.
